Handan City is located at the southern tip of Hebei Province, which is rich in water resources, mineral resources and biological resources. As the first grand revolutionary memorial building in China after War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, it was built earlier, with a large scale and a high level of architectural art and environment.
