Are Fukushima and Fukuyama the same place?
Fukushima, a first-class administrative division of Japan, is a county in the south of northeastern Japan. It is located in the east of Honshu Island, with the Pacific Ocean in the east and the Aoyu Mountains in the west. From east to west, Fukushima Prefecture is divided into three regions: Bangtong, Zhongtong and Huijin, each with different climate and scenery. Fukushima Prefecture is the hometown of fruits in Japan, and there are also many natural and historical places of interest, such as Panti Asahi National Park, the remains of Baishan, and Wehara.
Fukuyama is located in Fukuyama City, at the southeast end of Hiroshima Prefecture, adjacent to Okayama Prefecture and facing Shikoku by the Seto Inland Sea. It is an important city in economy, culture and transportation. In recent years, it has become a popular tourist destination for Japanese free travellers.
