Yes, but it cannot exceed 100 ml. The provisions of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China on carrying liquid articles are as follows (divided into international and regional flights and domestic flights):

International and regional flights:

1. Passengers on international and regional flights originating from airports in China shall not carry more than 100 ml of liquid articles. The volume of the container exceeds 100 ml. Even if the container is not full of liquid, it is not allowed to be carried with you, and it needs to be delivered by express delivery.

Containers containing liquid articles should be placed in transparent plastic bags with the maximum volume not exceeding 1 l, and the plastic bags can be resealed. Each passenger is allowed to carry only one transparent plastic bag at a time, and the excess should be delivered.

Transparent plastic bags containing liquid items should be inspected separately.

2. Goods purchased on the plane in duty-free shops or terminal buildings shall be placed in sealed transparent plastic bags, and shall not be unpacked by themselves. Passengers should keep shopping vouchers for inspection.

3. Passengers accompanying babies carry liquid dairy products, and patients with diabetes or other diseases carry necessary liquid medicines, which can be carried in moderation after safety inspection.

4. Passengers who violate the above provisions, resulting in missed flights and other consequences, shall bear their own responsibilities.

Domestic flights:

1. Passengers on domestic flights are forbidden to carry liquid articles with them, but they can check them, and their packaging should comply with the relevant provisions of civil aviation transportation.

2. Passengers are allowed to carry a small amount of cosmetics for their own use. Each piece of cosmetics is limited to one piece, and its container volume shall not exceed 100ml, and it shall be put into a bag separately for unpacking inspection.

3. If overseas passengers need to stay or transit at domestic airports, the duty-free liquid articles they bring into the country should be put in transparent plastic bags with intact bags and sealed bags, and the shopping vouchers should be produced before they can be carried.

4. Passengers with babies can apply to airlines when purchasing tickets, and airlines will provide liquid dairy products on board free of charge; Necessary liquid articles carried by diabetic patients or other patients shall be kept by the unit after being confirmed by safety inspection.

5. Passengers who violate the above provisions, resulting in missed flights and other consequences, shall bear their own responsibilities.
