Recently, the tender announcement was issued for the supporting plot project on the west side of Yi Tong Affiliated Hospital in Innovation Zone. The supporting plot project on the west side of Yi Tong Affiliated Hospital in Innovation Zone has been approved by relevant departments, and the funds have been secured. Entrusted by Xianfeng Sub-district Office in Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Nantong Ren Jian Real Estate Appraisal Project Management Co., Ltd. conducted public bidding for house demolition and selected the best contractor according to relevant laws, regulations and rules.

Basic information of the project subject to tender

Project Name: Supporting Plot Project on the West Side of Yi Tong Affiliated Hospital in Innovation Zone

Tender scope: This project involves 0/00 sets of residential buildings, including 5 sets of non-residential buildings, with an area of about 42,000 square meters.

This project is divided into two blocks:

(1) 1 Bid Section: Xianfeng Vertical River in the east, Fufeng Road in the west, Henghe No.2 in the south and Qingnian Road in the north. It involves 60 residential households and 2 non-residential households, with an area of about 27,000 square meters (the final settlement is subject to the measured area of surveying and mapping).

(2) Bid Section II: Xian Zhen Road in the east, Fufeng Road in the west, borrow pit in Sanweitou Village in the south and No.2 Henghe in the north. There are 40 residential households and 3 non-residential households, with an area of about10.5 million square meters (the final settlement is subject to the measured area of surveying and mapping).

Tender content: According to work regulations, corresponding policies and professional technical requirements, provide house relocation services and demolition services, including completing the demolition of ground buildings and removing obstacles (including house foundation) in this bid section, and taking dust-proof measures for the demolished land.

Bid price limit: the entrusted relocation service fee is 20-22 yuan/㎡, and the final settlement is based on the measured area of the winning section (excluding the area of three sheds) * the winning unit price. (The residual value of demolition belongs to the winning bidder. If the consortium bids, the distribution of surplus value shall be confirmed by the parties to the consortium through consultation).

Time requirement: 60 calendar days. The specific time deployment will be promoted according to the requirements of the tenderee's work progress.
