Need to take a driver's license: a C/KLOC-0 or C2 driver's license for new energy vehicles, a D license for electric tricycles above 20km/h, a D license for electric mopeds and an E license for electric motorcycles. Low-speed electric vehicles and old scooters also belong to motor vehicle management, and driver's licenses are also required. However, there is no detailed standard at present, and it is expected that the standard will be released in 20021.
