These trivial service needs can no longer be met by traditional methods.
At the same time, for scenic spot managers, the problems faced in tourism management also urgently need the help of big data. How to quickly push all kinds of information about scenic spots to tourists, how to understand the heat of people flow so as to command and dispatch in time, and how to manage the relevant data of scenic spots, roads and facilities are all difficulties that need to be overcome in the transformation of more traditional scenic spots in China.
It is in this context that recently, Gaode has reached a cooperation with two tourism enterprises, Wuzhen and Gubei Water Town, to launch the first mobile, Internet and intelligent "smart scenic spot" service in China, which will connect the location-based positioning service data of Gaode with various data of scenic spots, and solve the problems of getting lost, congestion, queuing and information that tourists are likely to encounter in scenic spots before through tourist behavior analysis and big data mining.
Based on big data, it can help tourists and scenic spots draw accurate basic map data of scenic spots, help tourists and scenic spots collect big data of traffic such as congestion and queuing, and help scenic spots manage online data such as real-time activity information and address information changes based on big data analysis of location (LBS).
What is impressive is the personalized service provided by big data for tourists. For example, the map of Gaode increases the route addresses of tour buses and cruise ships, and increases the renderings of important scenic spots; In the classification and screening, the information of important places such as shops, toilets, restaurants and lighting scenic spots is clear at a glance. Visitors can easily find the nearest location by clicking the corresponding filter button. At the same time, when tourists walk near the corresponding scenic spots, the voice of the tour guide will be automatically played. It is worth mentioning that the "Smart Scenic Area" has launched a heat map, and tourists can judge the number of tourists there by displaying different colors and arrange the tour time reasonably.
Building a "smart scenic spot" has become a new trend of tourism development in China.
