The rooms of Hanting Hotel and Jinjiang Express Hotel in Yinchuan are very small, and the outside looks ok, but the inside of the building is actually very old. On the contrary, a boutique apartment hotel called Yuecheng that my friend booked last time was good. You can find it by searching on Ctrip. The hotel is newly opened, with a good location, in a new commercial plaza, close to Wanda, free underground parking and reasonable price.
