Where is Yinhe Village located?

Yinhe Village is located in the north of Weining County and Yangjie Town. It is 46 kilometers away from the county seat and 16 kilometers away from the town government. The total land area of the village is 5.5 square kilometers, and there are 6 villager groups under its jurisdiction, namely Yinhe Group, Yuanba Group, Pingba Group, Min 'gou Group, Xugou Group and Zhenggou Group, with 223 people in 433 households. The highest elevation in the village is 185 meters, the lowest elevation is 176 meters, the average elevation is 185 meters, and the relative height difference is 11 meters. The village landform belongs to the plateau Zhongshan landform, with large topographic relief, good soil aggregate structure, yellow brown soil and slight acidity; The soil-forming parent rock is mainly limestone. Due to the karst development of limestone, its soil layer is shallow, and human activities are intensified, some cultivated land has gradually evolved into rocky desertification, belonging to karst karst areas.

Yinhe Village belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, which has the characteristics of low latitude plateau monsoon climate. It is cool in winter and cool in summer, with small annual temperature difference, large daily temperature difference, more sunshine and strong radiation. The average temperature is 11oC—12oC, the frost-free period is 24 days, the annual sunshine is about 156 hours, and the average annual rainfall is 1mm.

The whole village covers an area of 2,51 mu of cultivated land, 2,8 mu of woodland and 8 mu of pasture land. The territory is relatively rich in water resources, and Yangjie River and Xinglong River (called Longjia River in China) flow through the village. There are no mineral resources available for exploitation in China.

The infrastructure of Yinhe Village is weak. The Finance (God)-Railway (Craftsman) Highway in Hezhang County passes along the Yangjie River in the east of the village, but there are no through roads in the village. The existing through roads are naturally formed dirt roads or roads built by the masses. There is only a small amount of slope-to-ladder project in agricultural infrastructure. Although there are abundant water sources in China, there is a lack of irrigation and pipe diversion, and drinking water for people and livestock is still difficult, and the irrigation area is seriously insufficient.
