2. This card can be recharged repeatedly without registration, loss reporting or presentation. The deposit in the basic card and the remaining funds in the card do not pay interest. The company manages the remaining funds in the card according to laws, regulations and relevant policies.

3. The ordinary card deposit is 20 yuan/piece, and the card can be returned. Non-ordinary cards are sold at the company's price and are non-refundable.

4. This card is recharged at 10 yuan, and the maximum stored value in the card does not exceed 1000 yuan.

5. If the one-time card purchase amount exceeds 1 ten thousand yuan (inclusive), the card purchaser shall use his real name and provide valid identity documents. If a company purchases a card at a time of more than 5,000 yuan (inclusive) and an individual purchases a card at a time of more than 50,000 yuan (inclusive), it must be purchased by non-cash means such as bank transfer, and cash is not allowed.

6. The validity period of this card means that it can be used normally for five years from the date of the last recharge. Each recharge is extended for five years (from the date of recharge). If it has not been recharged for more than five years, it must go through the formalities of renewal at the company's recharge service outlets.

7. Ordinary cards can be returned at the service outlets designated by our company, and the deposit of basic cards can be refunded. If the amount in the card is less than 10 yuan, you can get a full refund; If the amount in the card is higher than 10 yuan (inclusive), it will be returned after deducting 5% handling fee from the card purchase voucher. If the amount in a single card is less than 100 yuan, it can be returned in cash. If the total amount of card withdrawal is more than 2000 yuan (inclusive), it must be handled at the designated service outlets. After deducting the handling fee of 5% of the amount in the card with the card purchase voucher and my ID card, you can return it on the spot if you make an appointment in advance, and return it within three working days without making an appointment. If the bottom card cannot be used or the card surface and card body are damaged, the card will not be returned. The damage of card surface and card body refers to the damage caused by scratching, bending, folding, breaking, indentation, breakage, scribbling, sticking foreign objects, serious fouling, printed patterns, missing edges, missing corners, delamination, punching, softening when wet water, etc.

8. The deposit of ordinary card bottom card can be used to offset consumption at designated merchants. The specific information shall be subject to the announcement of official website (www.sctcd.com).

9. If this card fails, the cardholder can go to the service outlets designated by our company for testing. The fault card accepted must ensure that the card face is complete and the card number is clearly identifiable. After testing, it is indeed the quality problem of the bottom card, and the goods will be exchanged for free with the acceptance certificate within 7 working days. If man-made damage is found, the ordinary card needs to pay the replacement fee of 15 yuan/Zhang, and the original card will be recovered by the company; Non-ordinary cards shall be implemented in accordance with the Maintenance Rules for Shanghai Urban Tourist Cards. The equivalent amount in the original card will be transferred to the new card. If the cardholder replaces this card without authorization, resulting in the loss of the amount in the card and the loss of the deposit on the bottom card, the cardholder shall bear the responsibility.

10. If the cardholder requests to return the goods after spending by swiping the card, he must provide the merchant's return voucher, and the corresponding return money will be transferred to the original card without cash refund. The cardholder shall pay the service fee of 10 yuan for each order.

1 1. Cardholders can check the recent 10 card transaction records and the amount in the card on our service outlets and self-service terminal equipment. The amount shown does not include the deposit of the basic card. If you need to inquire about the transaction records or printed list other than the recent 10 transaction, you must bring your valid ID card to the designated service outlets within 30 days after the transaction.

12. The use of this card in the field of urban public transportation should be regarded as a public transportation card, and the relevant regulations on the use of public transportation cards should be observed. When this card is paid, it can be close to the charge sensing area of the POS machine. However, in the field of segmented and time-sharing charges (such as rail transit and some parking garages), you must swipe your card once to enter and leave the garage, otherwise it will be locked by the system.
