There is no full refund.

Successful ordering and payment does not mean that the itinerary has been confirmed. Please receive the "confirmation letter of itinerary" or "membership card" as the basis. Once you receive the "itinerary confirmation letter" or "certificate of joining the group", which means that all hotels and itineraries have been arranged, there will be expenses for modifying and canceling the order.

Any visitor who is absent or leaves early on the day of the tour will be deemed to have given up automatically without refund.

Once the itinerary itself includes the ticket of the tour group, once confirmed, the ticket will not be cancelled or changed.

Tickets, performance tickets and pass tickets cannot be cancelled or changed once they are confirmed.

If your reservation cannot be confirmed because the seats are full or you can't leave the group, we will give you a full refund. We suggest that every tourist who takes part in the tour carefully read our refund regulations, and at the same time, please consider buying a travel insurance to avoid risks and reduce losses.

Details of other changes, cancellations and refunds are as follows:

1, cancel:

All fees are based on the original tour fee (discount or tour fee before using the points), and service fees such as previous changes are not refundable.

The "Travel Notes" states "Once confirmed, cancellation and change will not be accepted" and no fees will be refunded. The itinerary itself includes the ticket part, and once the ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If the cancellation is specified in the "Notes" of the itinerary, it shall be implemented in accordance with the specific provisions in the "Notes" of each line.

After leaving the group, Tuniu.com will not accept the guest's rental request. If the guests fight for their own rooms in the group, no refund will be accepted.

All tour groups can only be cancelled through Tuniu. Not through the local bus company. All refund fees are interest-free, the refund currency is the same as the payment currency, and the RMB exchange rate is calculated according to the exchange rate at the time of payment. Please refer to the "Refund Instructions" for the refund method and time.

(1) cancel the trip of the East-West tour group in the United States 30 days or more before the departure date and refund 90% of the total tour fee;

Cancel the trip from 15 to 29 days before the departure date and refund 75% of the total tour fee;

Cancel the trip 8 days before the departure date to 14 days and refund 50% of the total tour fee;

Cancel the trip within 7 days before the departure date (including 7 days) or after joining the group, without any refund.

(2) Hawaii tour group (the tour fee includes the air ticket itinerary, and once the air ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure date will result in a two-night hotel penalty and the rest of the tour fee will be refunded;

If it is cancelled 8- 14 days before departure,15% of the total tour fee will be refunded;

Cancel the trip within 7 days before the departure date (including 7 days) or after joining the group, without any refund.

(3) Canadian tour groups A. Please refer to the following criteria for summer trip cancellation:

More than 32 days before departure (excluding), 90% of the total tour fee will be refunded;

Cancel the trip 25-32 days before departure and refund 70% of the total tour fee;

Cancel the trip/0/8-24 days before departure, and refund 50% of the total tour fee;

Cancellation within 0/7 days before departure/kloc-will not be refunded;

If the upgrade hotel information selected by the guest is changed or cancelled after confirmation, the upgrade hotel fee will not be refunded.

B please refer to the following criteria for the remaining cancellation clauses:

More than 32 days before departure (excluding), 80% of the total tour fee will be refunded;

Cancel 25-32 days before departure and refund 50% of the total tour fee.

Cancel 24 days before departure 18- refund 25% of the total tour fee.

There is no refund for cancellation or change of itinerary 17 days before travel.

(4) Miami cruise tour group (cruise route change is considered as cancellation) A. Tour fare cancellation clause:

Collect 25% of the tour fare 45 to 30 days before departure;

50% tour fee will be charged 30 to 10 days before departure;

Collect the full tour fee within 0/0 days before departure.

B. cruise ticket cancellation clause:

77-58 days before departure, the air ticket fee is $280.00/ticket;

Refund 40% of the fare 57-32 days before departure;

Refund 20% of the fare 3 1- 16 days before departure;

Full cruise fee will be charged within 0/5 days before departure/kloc-.

(5) No cancellation will be accepted within 7 days before the hotel cancels its check-in. More than 7 days before check-in, refer to the cancellation regulations in the corresponding area.

(6) For the confirmed itinerary, if the number of rooms is reduced due to the cancellation of the number of people, the fee will be charged according to the "cancellation" policy.

(7) If the itinerary booked within 7 days (including 7 days) from the date of departure is cancelled due to the tourists' own reasons, once the itinerary confirmation letter or the certificate of joining the group is received, hotels and buses have been arranged during the itinerary, and no refund will be accepted.

(8)* Cancellation must be sent by fax or e-mail, with a scanned or electronic cancellation application form signed by you. Step 2 change

(1) A change fee of $30.00 will be charged for changing any information of the tour group. Such as: change boarding place, departure date, number of participants (if the number of rooms decreases, please refer to the cancellation regulations. ), flight information and so on.

(2) No change (including room type, tourism projects, etc.). Accept registration within 7 days before departure or after joining the group.

3, "buy two get one free" or "buy two get two free" trip:

(1) Cancel the trip within 10 days before leaving the group. Please refer to the "Special Instructions" on the specific team page for cancellation fees.

(2) If you cancel your trip 10 days before you leave the group, we will charge you a modification fee of $30.00 each time.

4. Change and cancellation of itinerary caused by force majeure:

* The itinerary of tour groups may be adjusted according to the specific departure date, but the arrangement of tourist attractions will be consistent with the plan as far as possible.

* In order to ensure the safety of your itinerary, under rare special circumstances, due to uncontrollable reasons such as weather, traffic and riots, our travel agency reserves the right to change, postpone and cancel your itinerary.

* reserves the right to cancel the trip in rare cases because there are not enough participants to form a group.

* Due to force majeure such as equipment and transportation failure, strike, illness, theft, loss, accident, weather or other personal reasons, the tour cannot be joined on time, and the itinerary is changed, delayed or cancelled. The company will not assume any responsibility. Buying travel insurance is a reliable way to get compensation for travel expenses due to emergency medical accident, visa application failure, weather restriction, flight cancellation or other man-made reasons, or travel interruption. We strongly advise you to be prepared for possible accidents during your trip.

* The extra expenses caused by the delay or cancellation of the trip due to the above force majeure shall be borne by the members themselves, and the company will not make any compensation; If the personal or life of the member is damaged due to the above reasons, the company will not bear any legal responsibility.

In order to safeguard the interests of the group, if passengers interfere with the normal activities of the group, the company has the right to cancel the qualification to continue to participate in the itinerary, and the unfinished itinerary may not require a refund or transfer.

* If members ask to leave or leave the group halfway for personal reasons, the company will try its best to assist in the arrangement, but will not be responsible for the related losses caused by it.

* Tuniu.com is not responsible for any expenses or damages caused by disputes between you and travel providers or third parties, and you must not make any negative remarks against Tuniu.com and all its members and affiliates; The company reserves the right to investigate the legal responsibility of relevant personnel for such incidents.
