According to the provisions of the "Handan City 2022 Master's Degree Talent Introduction Work Implementation Plan" and combined with the talent demand in our county, it was decided to openly recruit 24 doctoral master's degree talents for enterprises and institutions in Guantao County from the public. Among them, 3 are from public institutions and 21 are from private enterprises. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Principles of Selection and Recruitment

Adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity, and implement the principles of democracy, openness, competition, and merit.

2. Introduction method

Adopt on-site recruitment method. For areas with low epidemic risk, evaluation and inspection work will be carried out on the premise of implementing health and epidemic prevention requirements, controlling scale, and paying attention to safety.

3. Introduction conditions

The recruitment targets are graduates with master’s degree or above. At the same time, the following conditions must be met:

1. Fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before July 31, 2022;

2. Master’s degree candidates must be under 35 years old (1986 (born after July 31, 1976), doctoral candidates are under 45 years old (born after July 31, 1976);

3. Meet the professional and related requirements of the required position;

V. Selection Procedure

(1) Public Institutions

1. Publish an announcement. Publish the recruitment announcement on the Guantao government website and the official account of Impression Guantao.

2. Registration and qualification review

(1) Registration. Registration time: from the date of announcement to the date of review. Adopt online registration and offline registration. Applicants should log in to the Guantao County Government website or download and fill out the "Guantao County Open Recruitment Doctoral Talent Application Form" (see attachment 2 for details) and scan it. 3. Evaluation. The assessment is conducted in the form of structured interviews. The full score of the assessment is 100 points, and the minimum admission score is no less than 70 points. According to the order of evaluation scores from high to low, the candidates who are to enter the physical examination will be determined based on the ratio of 1:1 between the number of professional recruitment plans for each position and those who will enter the physical examination. Those with the lowest scores within the ratio will be required to take an additional test, and those with higher scores in the additional test will enter the physical examination. 4. Physical examination and inspection. The physical examination shall refer to the current "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". 6. Recruitment.
