3. Close contacts: The control measures are adjusted to "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health monitoring." 4. Close contacts of close contacts: The control measures are adjusted to "7 days of home isolation and medical observation." During the home isolation medical observation period, body temperature and symptoms should be monitored daily, and a nucleic acid test should be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days.
5. Persons exposed in epidemic-related places: After the risk assessment eliminates close contacts and sub-close contacts, those who are determined to have a higher risk of infection will undergo a nucleic acid test on the 1st and 3rd day after the determination.
6. People infected with COVID-19 who are discharged from the hospital (cabin) and those who live with them: Continue to conduct home health monitoring for 7 days after being discharged from the hospital (cabin), and conduct a nucleic acid test on the 3rd and 7th days.
7. For people returning from high-risk areas within 7 days: the control measures are adjusted to "7-day centralized isolation medical observation." A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days of centralized isolation.
8. For those returning from medium-risk areas within 7 days: the control measures are adjusted to "7-day home isolation and medical observation." A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days of home isolation medical observation. If the conditions for home isolation and medical observation are not met, centralized isolation and medical observation will be adopted.
9. For people returning from low-risk areas within 7 days: the control measures are adjusted to "2 nucleic acid tests should be completed within 3 days and health monitoring should be done." People in low-risk areas should present a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate when leaving their city.
10. Employees in high-risk positions: Strengthen inspections of high-risk personnel such as those who have direct contact with immigrants, imported cold chain and other goods and the environment, staff of centralized isolation sites, and staff of designated medical institutions. For the registration and management of employees in positions, the main responsibilities of the unit should be strengthened, the relevant personnel management system should be improved, positions should be fixed, cross-working should be avoided, necessary protective materials should be equipped, and prevention and control measures such as centralized residential closed-loop management, nucleic acid testing, health monitoring, and health education should be implemented. After leaving the workplace, they are required to undergo intensive or home isolation medical observation for 7 days, during which a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days.
11. Positive items and environmentally exposed personnel: conduct two consecutive nucleic acid tests (24 hours apart). Employees with higher contact frequency will undergo 7-day home health monitoring. On the 1st, 4th, and 7th Carry out a nucleic acid test every day.
12. Epidemic prevention and control points at transportation entrances and exits must check nucleic acid test reports within 48 hours of people arriving (returning) from land port cities (counties) and high, medium and low-risk areas.
