What's delicious in Uzbekistan?

The food in Uzbekistan represents the catering flavor of the whole Central Asia: roasted mutton and steamed buns are the center, naan and pilaf are the basic points, and paper towels are prepared. Please look at the photos.

Mutton kebabs: The first piece of meat is sheep liver, followed by fat sheep and leg meat.

Bake steamed bread: stick steamed bread on the inner wall of the stove and bake it. There are mutton, pumpkin, potatoes and so on.

Sapsa

Sapsa (also called roasted buns) is also a favorite food of local people. Because butter is added to the flour of the pastry, it is repeatedly pressed and baked layer by layer, which is crispy and delicious. There are generally two kinds of meat stuffing, one is potatoes mixed with sheep oil, and the other is mutton mixed with onions, both of which are delicious.

Hand-grabbed rice: Hand-grabbed rice was covered with a horse sausage, an egg and chopped mutton, and a quail egg was eaten by me before taking pictures. The set meal also includes tomato salad and black tea. On their side, it seems to be like us. There must be tea on the table, and lemon and sugar should be added after tea is finished. Very delicious. It has the effects of clearing mouth, moistening mouth (the air is a little dry this season) and removing greasy.

Naan is very common and delicious: as a table etiquette, when serving Naan, break it into small pieces for the sitting person to share, and dip it in soup or salad juice.
