Gouqi Island belongs to Shengsi County, Zhejiang Province. It is one of Shengsi Islands in Zhoushan Archipelago and does not belong to Shanghai.

You can also cross Donghai Bridge from Shanghai to Shenjiawan Ferry Terminal in Shengsi, and take a passenger ship from Shenjiawan Ferry Terminal to Gouqi Island at 9: 50 in the morning, and arrive at 13. During the peak period of summer tourism, the direction of Shenjiawan will arrange overtime passenger ships according to the passenger flow.
