Passport holders are not allowed to travel to Thailand during the restricted exit period.

The Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Security stipulate that the people's courts can take corresponding measures to prohibit, restrict and control China citizens from leaving the country according to the different situations of the notified and filed objects.

If it is necessary to stop leaving the country at border checkpoints, you can ask the public security frontier organs to assist in border control. Control measures mainly include: mastering the entry and exit trends, preventing exit, preventing exit and detaining documents, preventing entry, preventing entry and detaining documents, and detaining personnel. For border control objects that need to master the entry and exit dynamics, the longest control period shall not exceed 1 year. For border control objects that need to take other control measures, the control period is generally 1 month, and the longest shall not exceed 3 months.
