Strategy of restoring all scenic spots in Sichuan to open play

The scenic spots in Sichuan are about to reopen. Although it is not recommended that you visit the scenic spots now, you can go out for some air. The scenic spots are slowly opening up. I believe it is not far from everyone's food. Let's have a look.

On 20/0/0, Sichuan Tourism Scenic Area Management Association issued the "Guidelines for the Opening of Tourist Attractions during the Prevention and Control of New Coronary Heart Disease and Pneumonia in Sichuan Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). It is pointed out that the scenic spots temporarily closed due to epidemic prevention and control should be reopened, and it is proposed that the scenic spots should purchase tickets through the online real-name registration system, and the daily reception capacity should not exceed 50% of the maximum daily carrying capacity, and temporary isolation points should be set up in the scenic spots.

The Guide gives suggestions from four aspects: management and standardization, tour and guarantee, tour purchase and guidance, accommodation and safety to ensure the safe reopening of scenic spots.

To resume opening up, standardize first. The Guide proposes that tourist attractions and local governments that have been declared open during the epidemic period should jointly set up an "orderly open leading group for epidemic prevention and control in scenic spots". Prevention and control materials and other related support materials needed for epidemic prevention and opening of scenic spots must be in place, and emergency plans for prevention and control of COVID-19 in scenic spots should be formulated and verified through drills. Public places and parking lots should be disinfected regularly and irregularly every day, and vehicles should be parked in separate parking spaces. Before the opening of the scenic spot, it is necessary to complete the epidemic prevention and control training for all staff through multi-channel online network, so as to meet the requirements of the combination of theory and practice for staff to understand and deal with.

In order to ensure the safe and orderly reopening of the scenic spot, the tourist service center and service outlets (volunteers or merchants) in the scenic spot should not only place free publicity materials on prevention and control of COVID-19 in Chinese and English, but also place notices that the center has been disinfected, and provide free 75% alcohol cotton balls or other disinfectants for tourists to use. At the same time, drivers and passengers of all vehicles in the scenic spot must wear protective masks, and the number of passengers can be controlled by individual seats to ensure the effective distance between tourists. Garbage bins (barrels) are cleaned and disinfected twice a day, and special boxes (barrels) for recycling discarded masks are added.

Ensure the safety of tourists in every detail. The Guide stipulates that scenic spots purchase tickets through the online real-name registration system, and the daily reception capacity shall not exceed 50% of the maximum daily carrying capacity. Through big data and other means to fully grasp the basic information of tourists in scenic spots, tourists must fill in the registration form of tourists' health status and the commitment letter of tourists entering the park.

Indoor activities in scenic spots should be strictly controlled (museums, exhibition halls, theaters, cinemas and other closed places are temporarily closed), and the instantaneous flow should not exceed 20% of the maximum instantaneous flow, so as to ensure that the distance between tourists can reach about 2m. In addition, tour guides in scenic spots must keep a distance of about 2 meters from tourists when providing tour services, advocate the use of electronic devices such as Bluetooth headsets to explain, strictly control crowd gathering, arrange tourists to enter the park at intervals according to the actual situation, and implement decentralized tours.

When traveling, the safety of accommodation is very important. It is suggested that besides daily disinfection, restaurant and hotel operators should also be urged to conduct centralized online training for employees before opening. It is strictly forbidden for restaurants in scenic spots to provide dishes with wild animals as raw materials, implement non-contact distribution to restaurant kitchen suppliers, and establish a real-name health registration system for distribution personnel of supply units. When eating, it is forbidden to eat together. The dining room adopts the mode of dividing meals, increasing the distance between dining tables in the dining room, ensuring the distance between people is about 2 meters, and providing disposable tableware and tea sets for tourists. It is forbidden to gather people in scenic spots or hotel lobbies, and swimming pools and casinos are forbidden to operate.

Restore open information

Radiating around Chengdu, you can see many representative scenic spots.

Except Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, which are far away from Chengdu, others are very close and the traffic is very convenient. There are buses from Chengdu. The disadvantage is that these scenic spots can't be played in a line by bus, so they have to go back to Chengdu by car; If you are driving or renting a car, you can play in circles. Another option is to join a group, which is more convenient and quick. You can visit more scenic spots and save time. If you have a few friends to play together, you can choose a customized small package, which is on call and explained by a tour guide. It's just like driving, only easier than driving.
