Discovered in 1960, it was rated as a national key cultural relic. The site of Heicheng in Youbeiping was left over from the Western Han Dynasty. There are many cultural relics of the Han Dynasty in the city, and Emperor Kangxi also came here to visit the Mongolian royal family at that time.
