Town attractions in Guizhou
The ancient city of Qianyang covers an area of 0.8 square kilometers and has five gates and towers. The city wall is made of red sand bricks and surrounds the city of Wuhuali. During the Cultural Revolution, it was greatly damaged. Now only the main gate (west gate) tower and the three-mile city wall are left, and most of the ancient city buildings are still the legacy of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The ancient city of Qianyang is surrounded by mountains in the southeast and west, and open to the north. It is located at the intersection of Yuanjiang River and Wushui River, with beautiful scenery. Looking from the ancient city on Panlong Mountain in the southwest of the city, the gray walls and tiles are layered like a fairyland on earth. The ancient city is exquisitely designed, with orderly streets and lanes, paved with bluestone slabs, and T-shaped streets are connected with streets and lanes. The buildings in the ancient city are dotted with uniform styles and row upon row. Strolling through the city, you can also see ancient commercial streets, ancient ancestral temples, ancient temples, ancient houses, ancient halls, ancient hanging wells, Gu Men Square and other relics.
In 2002, Qianyang Ancient City was listed as a provincial-level historical and cultural city in Hunan.
In 20 14, hongjiang city Municipal Government and Shende Tourism Company successfully established Qianyang Ancient City as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.
On 20 16, Qianyang Ancient City was listed as one of the "Top Ten Ancient Towns with the Most Cultural Connotation in China".
The ancient city of Qianyang has a long history and rich cultural heritage. Wang Changling, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, was demoted to the Dragon Label during Tianbao's reign, and wrote the eternal famous sentence "There is ice in the jade pot" in the Furong Building in the suburbs. Later, many scholars left ink marks and made ancient inscriptions when visiting Furong Building. Today, there are more than 0/00 inscriptions by Yan Zhenqing, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fei, Yue Fei, Zhao Mengfu, Chen Meixian, etc. published in the stele gallery hall in the Furong Building in the west of the city, which has profound cultural heritage and is spectacular.
This ancient city has well-preserved Ming and Qing buildings. In recent years, TV dramas and movies such as Fair Boys and Girls, Eighteen Years of Enemy Camp, Mao Zedong and The Last Battle have all been filmed in Qianyang Ancient City, and Hunan Satellite TV's 20 15 hit drama The Pretender mentioned the Qianyang Military Academy established by China People's Party in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
Qiancheng, a city of new knowledge, is one of the best preserved ancient cities of Ming and Qing Dynasties in China. In 2002, it was rated as a provincial historical and cultural city, and was later declared as a national historical and cultural city.
There are more than 40 well-preserved cultural relics and historic sites in Ming and Qing Dynasties, such as Nanzheng Street, Bell and Drum Tower, Wanshou Palace, Zhuangyuan Bridge, Laoxian Cliff, Baoshan Academy, Longwang Temple, Laoye Lane, Chifeng Building and Furong Building, which are known as "the first scenic spot in the upper reaches of South Chu".
Among them, there are 2 provincial key cultural relics protection units. There are eight landscapes in the ancient city of Qiancheng, namely, the symbol of the dragon is green, the red treasure is sunny, the fishing net of the lion beach, the limit of the cormorant spring, the small dragon, the jathyapple of Hushan, the firewood of Niupo and the misty rain of Liuxi. The scenery along the Yuanshui River is beautiful, and tens of thousands of tourists travel to Qiancheng every year. Six film studios, including Beiying, Bayi, Shangying, Emei and Xiaoxiang, and eight TV stations, including CCTV and Hunan TV, have filmed movies and TV series here many times. In the planning of new town construction, Qiancheng is positioned as an ecological, tourism and cultural city.
