According to Ctrip travel query: Sangyuan Town does not charge tickets, but only charges 10 yuan for parking in the parking lot. Sangyuan Town is free. In Shangyu Township, you can drive along National Highway 107 (commonly known as Dabai Line) or take the express lane. There are many snacks in the town and the scenery is not bad.

Sangyuan Town Scenic Area is located in Qibin District, Hebi City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Qi River in the south and Taihang Mountain in the north. It is a natural biological gene bank and is known as "A Pearl on the Bank of Qishui River".
