Does this work? 1. Prepare materials

(1) Choose the theme of the handwritten newspaper. This task uses "Tourist" as the theme.

(2) Documentation: Introduction to Yunnan.doc, Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan.doc, Dianchi Lake Scenic Area.doc, Lunan Stone Forest Scenic Area.doc. Picture: Dianchi.jpg, Stone Forest.jpg. 2. Layout design

Design the layout according to the content of the layout Divide the area appropriately and place the collected materials in appropriate locations. As shown in Figure 1:

3. Enter text material

1. Create a new Word document.

2. Read the contents of the four existing documents

(1) Open the "Yunnan Introduction.doc" document, and then click the "Select All" command in the "Edit" menu Select the entire document and click the Copy button

.

(2) Switch to the newly created handwritten document, then determine the paste position and click the "Paste" button. When entering articles, enter them in order from left to right and from top to bottom. You can ignore the "columns" of the article "Introduction to Yunnan".

(3) In order, add "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan", "Dianchi Lake Scenic Area and Historic Area.doc", "Lunan Stone Forest Scenic Area.doc" etc.

The content was copied into tabloids.

(4) Insert header, author name, etc.

4. Create a headline

You can design a beautiful "tourist" text as the headline of the handwritten newspaper by inserting artistic words.

5. Divide article paragraphs into columns

(1) Drag to select all the content of "Introduction to Yunnan" (except the title).

(2) Click the "Column" command of the "Format" menu, and the next dialog box will appear, as shown in [Figure 2].

(3) Enter 2 in the column number box or select "Two Columns" in the "Default" column and click the "OK" button.

6. Add text boxes to text articles:

1. Drag to select the content of "Eighteen Monsters of Yunnan".

2. Click the menu command "Insert - Text Box - Horizontal - Eighteen Yunnan Monsters" to enclose the content in a text box.

3. Resize the text box appropriately so that all its contents can be seen.

4. Set the format of the text box (including background color, line color and thickness, layout as four-sided, etc.).

5． Drag the text box to the desired location.

7. Create subtitles

You can add borders to the subtitles of "Dianchi Lake Scenic Area" and "Lunan Stone Forest Scenic Area" to make them look more eye-catching.

1. Drag to select the content of the subtitle.

2. Click the "Borders and Shading" command of the "Format" menu, and the corresponding dialog box will appear, as shown in [Figure 3]:

3. Select the "Scheme" style in the "Settings" column, such as box, shadow, three-dimensional, etc., and then specify its line style, color, width, etc.

4. Click the "OK" button.

8. Mixed graphics and text

If there are pictures in the article, first insert the pictures into the document, then select the "text wrapping" method, and finally move the pictures to the appropriate Location.

9. Insert lines

Use the "Straight Line" tool on the "Drawing" toolbar to insert appropriate lines between different areas. In this way, we created a beautiful handwritten newspaper.
