6. Policy statement

(1) The implementation period is from the date of policy promulgation to April 30, 2022. Applicants who apply for the Policy Award should submit the travel agency group, the theme activities of Bozhou Ice and Snow Tourism Carnival, the activity plan and quotation of special routes to the State Bureau of Culture and Sports for the record in writing 15 days before the start of the activity.

(II) The applicants shall submit the certification materials provided in accordance with the requirements of these Measures to the State Bureau of Culture and Sports for the first time within 15 working days after the end of the travel agency group, the theme activities of Bozhou Ice and Snow Tourism Carnival, and the party group of the State Bureau of Culture and Sports will study and cash the award after being audited by the State Finance Bureau.

(3) The reward and compensation policies of these Measures are aimed at all travel agencies inside and outside Xinjiang, and the rewards are realized by means of first-come-first-served compensation and supplementary subsidies. Do not repeat the policy of group tours, activities and routes. Incomplete information provided by each applicant or late submission of supporting information will be regarded as automatic waiver of the award. 7. Information needed to fulfill the incentive policy.

7. Merchant conditions:

8. 4. Subsidy method: The event organizer submits the event plan to the local cultural and sports tourism bureau in advance, and reports it to the National Cultural and Sports Tourism Bureau for approval after confirmation. After the event, the organizer will regularly provide audit materials and reports from the local bureau of culture, sports and tourism on the effectiveness of the event to cash in the rewards.
