Article 6 Mainland residents who come to Taiwan Province Province to settle down, visit relatives and friends, travel, accept and dispose of property, arrange weddings and funerals or participate in economic, scientific, technological, cultural, educational, sports, academic and other activities must apply to the municipal or county public security bureau where their household registration is located. Article 7 Mainland residents who apply to go to Taiwan Province Province must go through the following procedures: (1) Submit identity certificates and household registration certificates; (2) Fill in the application form for going to Taiwan Province Province; (3) On-the-job and studying personnel submit their opinions on the applicant's going to Taiwan Province Province; Non-on-the-job and on-campus personnel submit the opinions of the local police station on the applicant's trip to Taiwan Province Province; Article 9 When accepting an application from a mainland resident to Taiwan Province Province, the public security organ shall make a decision of approval or disapproval within 30 days.
