20 17 Korean visa change

Korean tourist visas can be handled by themselves. Previously, applicants could not apply for a Korean visa, but after March 6, 20 17, a new policy on Korean visas was introduced, and applicants in Beijing and Shanghai could apply for Korean tourist visas on their own.

Notice of change of visa application method and time: From March 6, 20 17, tourist visas for Beijing and Shanghai can be handled by individuals themselves.

This announcement is issued by the Korean Embassy in Beijing and the Korean Consulate General in Shanghai, and is applicable to applicants in Beijing and Shanghai.

I. The visa application method is changed as follows

All Korean citizens who apply for Chinese visas (including tourist visas and medical sightseeing visas) can submit their visa applications directly to the Beijing Embassy (the applicant of the Beijing Consulate) or the Shanghai Consulate (the applicant of the Shanghai Consulate), or through institutions or agents designated by the Embassy.

Two. The visa application and collection time are changed as follows

Application time: 09: 00-1:30,14: 00-17: 00.

Collection time: 14: 00 ~ 17: 00.

Iii. The above contents shall be implemented as of March 3, 20 17.
