1. Itinerary: Provide the itinerary of Schengen District, and clearly indicate the specific contents such as the date of stay, country, city, scenic spots, etc. (pre-order of transportation mode can be attached).

2. Air ticket reservation form: Please provide copies of air ticket orders for departure and return from China.

3) the purpose of the business trip, the exact time of leave, who is responsible for the travel expenses, and the unit reserves positions for the applicant;

4) The person in charge of the company or the direct superior shall personally sign and affix the official seal, and print the name and position of the signatory. The signer cannot be a colleague or the applicant himself.
