How to set up ropeway

First, how to set:

1. Phase I mature scheme

The hoisting scheme of this project can be selected from the mature scheme of the first phase project. In the first phase of the project, self-made slings are used for hoisting large equipment, and the special ground slings are hung by two crown blocks. The horizontal roller mill reducer and vertical roller mill reducer are hoisted in place by hydraulic jacking method. During the construction of the first phase project, because it is a newly-built workshop, the construction site is wide, which can occupy two crown blocks for a long time (7 days).

2. Site conditions in the second stage

Compared with the site of the first phase project, the second phase project is limited by output, and the equipment must enter from the finished product warehouse. In the case of continuous production, it is obviously not feasible to adopt the hydraulic lifting scheme of the first project and occupy two crown blocks for 7 days. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a scheme with small occupied space and the shortest occupied time of the crown block.

3. Basic plan

Two slings in the first phase of the project were combined into one and transformed into a lifting frame. After the reducer of the flat-roll mill enters the site, it is unloaded and hoisted to the 5m platform, and then put in place. After the vertical roller mill reducer is hoisted to the 5m platform, it translates along the 40 line direction of the C axis. When it reaches the basic position of the rolling mill, it will be lifted to the position above the base of the reducer. This scheme takes up two crown blocks for a short time and has little influence on the production of the first phase production line. The reducer of the flat roller mill can be in place in about 4 hours, and the vertical roller mill can be in place in about 6 hours.

Second, the ropeway introduction:

Cableway, also known as crane, cable car and floating cage (cable car can also be referred to as cableway), is a kind of means of transportation, which usually carries passengers or goods up and down hills on rugged slopes. Cableway uses steel cables suspended in mid-air to support and tow passenger cars or trucks. Except for the station, a steel cable bracket is usually supported at intervals in the middle of the building. Some ropeways use cranes suspended under steel cables; There are also ropeways with or without cranes, and passengers sit in open-air hanging chairs. Cableways with hanging chairs are most common in ski resorts.
