Hulunbeier College is located in Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the most beautiful grassland in China and the best ethnic charm city in China. Its predecessor was Hulunbeier University, which was founded in 1958. In 1977, the enrollment of this college was resumed. In 1992, Hulunbeier College of Education, Inner Mongolia Radio and TV University, Hulunbeier Management Cadre College and Hailar Teachers College merged to form Hulunbeier University. In 1997, Hulunbeier College was established with the approval of the former State Education Commission.
