It is a local marathon sponsored by Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, 14th National Games Baoji Executive Committee and Baoji Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by Shaanxi Athletics Association, Baoji Municipal Sports Bureau, Baoji Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau and chencang district Municipal People's Government.
