Yangzhuoyong Lake is considered to be the most beautiful lake in the world. "Sheep", above; "Zhuo", pasture; "Harmony", Jasper; "Wrong" Lake. Together, it is "Jasper Lake in the pasture above". This is the literal interpretation of Yanghu Lake, and the interpretation of a Tibetan friend is "turquoise earrings scattered by the goddess". Scattered, because no matter from that angle, you can't see the whole picture of Yanghu, and it also has three sisters-Numuco, Shencuo and Batuo, and the four sisters are connected by hand and foot, so it is difficult to give up. * * * * together form a sacred lake, which is invisible to our naked eyes. Their bodies meander in the mountains 130 kilometers. Only on the map or in the sky can we happily find that they are earrings embedded in the spiral structure of mountains. "Yanghu", which means "Lake of Jasper" in Tibetan, is one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet. It is located on the south bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River in Langkazi County, Shannan Province. The elevation of the lake is 444 1 m, east-west 130 km, north-south 70 km, with a total length of 250 km and a total area of 638 square kilometers. The water is 20-40 meters deep and the deepest is 60 meters. It is the largest inland lake at the northern foot of the Himalayas. There are many branches of Yanghu Lake, like coral branches, so it is also called "the coral lake above" in Tibetan. It is a plateau dammed lake, which was formed about 1 100 million years ago because the glacier debris flow blocked the river. Its water area is more than 630 square kilometers, about 70 times that of Hangzhou West Lake. Overlooking the Gangbala Pass, the scorpion-shaped sheep Zhuo Yong Cuo will make people feel detached from the world and integrated into nature.

Its shape is very irregular, with many bifurcations and winding lakeshore, and there are three small lakes: hole fault, sinking fault and error correction. Historically, it used to be an outflow lake, and the above lakes were connected as a whole. The lake flowed into the Yarlung Zangbo River from Moqu, but later, due to the retreat of the lake, it became an inflow lake and was divided into several small lakes. The height difference between lakes is only 6.5 meters, and the mountains in the lake suddenly increase, with 2 1 island.

One of the wonders of Yangzhuoyong Lake is that its water source comes from the snow water in Nyainqentanglha Mountains around it, but there is no outlet. The inflow and natural evaporation of snow water reach a strange dynamic balance. In recent years, with the rapid development of Tibet's economy, the power grid load in central Tibet (covering Lhasa, Shigatse, Shannan and Naqu) has shown a strong growth momentum, and the power grid load has increased by 25%-30% every year. According to the load growth forecast, the power grid load will face a serious power shortage this winter and next spring. In order to alleviate the increasingly tense contradiction between power supply and demand, the district power company raised funds to expand a 20,000-kilowatt generator in Yanghu Power Plant. Since the project started, all the work has progressed smoothly, and now it has entered a critical stage of equipment installation. According to the construction arrangement, from February 2, 2004 10 to June 6, 2004, Yanghu Power Plant will stop water supply and exhaust the pressure pipeline to install the ball valve of Unit 5, and the whole plant will be shut down 15 days. The project is scheduled to be put into production before the peak electricity consumption at the end of this year. After the project is put into production, the power generation output will increase by 22,500 kilowatts, which will play an important role in ensuring power supply.

According to the requirements of the government of the autonomous region and the district electric power bureau, during the production stoppage of Yanghu Lake, according to the principle of "living first, then producing", the lighting should be mainly guaranteed. Ensure the power supply of important organs such as the party, government and army, hospitals, health, news media, financial institutions, transportation hubs, schools, communications, tourism and other public institutions and service institutions, as well as key construction projects of the state and autonomous regions, ensure the necessary power supply of urban residents to the maximum extent, and reasonably arrange the power supply of other users, and implement it in accordance with the Order Form for Power Restriction of Tibet Central Power Grid Power Supply Capacity Plan and the Order Form for Emergency Road Pulling of Tibet Central Power Grid Accidents.

While doing a good job in power rationing for important users and residents, Lhasa Electric Power Bureau will further improve its quality service, implement the power supply service policy of "high quality, convenience, standardization and integrity" and various quality service measures, strengthen the management of "95598" customer service system, patiently and enthusiastically answer users' inquiries, ensure that there is no shortage of power and services, and announce the power rationing arrangements to the public in advance to minimize the impact of power outage. "There is no problem after testing." Recently, the units of Yanghu Power Plant have resumed power generation one after another, and the Tibet power grid is operating normally, so citizens do not have to worry about power outages. It is understood that Yanghu Pumped-storage Power Station is close to Geda Township, the epicenter of the 6.6 earthquake in Dangxiong County. Yanghu Pumped-storage Power Station quickly organized personnel to inspect the power generation and power supply equipment, facilities and buildings, and found that the longitudinal deviation of the pressure pipeline of Yanghu Pumped-storage Power Station was 1 1 mm, and the pipeline slope collapsed in three places. In order to avoid the danger of affecting the normal operation of the power grid in central Tibet, Yanghu Power Plant suspended power generation, and started four emergency power supply units in Lhasa Power Grid to generate power between 19: 08 and 15: 05 on the day of the earthquake, and adjusted Zhidong Hydropower Station to full load operation, thus ensuring the normal power supply during the peak hours of electricity consumption that night.

At the time of the earthquake, Yanghu Power Plant * * *, except 1 unit, had 5 units, and 4 units were generating electricity at the time of the earthquake. After testing, the pressure pipeline of the power plant is not damaged and the generator set is running normally. On the afternoon of the 7th, 1 unit resumed power generation, and other units will also resume power generation in the near future.

It is understood that at present, our region is in the wet season, all power supply points and main networks of Tibet Central Power Grid are operating normally, and the power supply can meet the needs of production and life.
