Compared with the traditional MBA, the new Master of Tourism Management (MTA) has better employment?

MTA is a master of tourism management newly approved by the state this year. At present, there are 56 universities in China that can recruit MTA students.

Everything will receive more attention when it comes out, and the MTA project has been highly valued by the National Tourism Administration. Tourism Bureau has high hopes for this project, hoping to become an important talent training platform for China's tourism industry to transform from traditional tourism to modern service industry. Therefore, the National Tourism Administration requires that MTA education should be different from MBA and reflect the characteristics and strength of the tourism system.

At present, the training scheme of MTA in colleges and universities has not yet been introduced. Relatively speaking, the MTA of Beijing International Studies University goes faster. On the one hand, they used to be institutions of the National Tourism Administration, and they have very extensive contacts in the tourism industry. On the other hand, the tourism discipline in beijing international studies university is also the largest and most powerful in China.

My personal suggestion is to consider the MTA project. If you can't get an MBA from Peking University, Tsinghua and CEIBS, you might as well choose a favorite industry according to your personal characteristics and make a good grasp of it.
