Nanchong Village is located in the northeast of Balifan Town in Xinxian County, bordering Shawo Town in the south and Baique Town and Liangting Township in Guangshan County in the north, with a total area of 6.7 square kilometers, including cultivated land 14 17 mu and mountainous area of 4,364 mu. The whole village has jurisdiction over 12 natural villages, 25 villagers' groups, 563 households and 2 159 people. Nanchong village has profound red culture, folk song culture and Buddhist culture.
