Bird Paradise|Xinhui is famous all over the world because of this big banyan tree

It is almost impossible to visit Xinhui without visiting the bird paradise. Although Bird's Paradise has become a household name because Ba Jin's "Bird's Paradise" was selected into Chinese textbooks, I think that without this article, this unique scenery would not be lonely.

When I arrived at Bird Paradise, I inadvertently followed the tourists to the bird watching platform. At this time, the entire bird paradise is in view. I mistakenly thought that I had entered a world of fairy tales. I don’t know who had cut and pasted such a big tree like a mountain on this endless field. But when a few big birds suddenly fluttered out from the treetops. Then I realized: this is indeed an extremely beautiful picture of nature.

Bird Paradise is just one tree, a large banyan tree covering an area of ??15 acres. It is said that four to five hundred years ago, a small mud mound was formed in the center of the Tianma River, and a small banyan tree grew on the mud mound. When the banyan tree grows up, many low-hanging aerial roots grow on the trunk. After the aerial roots hit the ground, they grow into tree trunks. Year after year, the banyan tree continues to expand outwards, and the original trunk rots. , so it became such a big banyan tree that could not find its main trunk but had countless intertwined trunks. Since there is such a big tree and birds fly by itself, the villagers think it is a blessing from God. The tree is a Feng Shui tree and the birds are sacred birds. Therefore, the tree continues to grow under the protection of the "god", and the birds also Think of it as your own "paradise".

There are two main types of birds that inhabit Bird Paradise: one is the white crane, and the other is the nocturnal crane (also called heron). White cranes go out early and come back late; night cranes go out early and come back early. If you go there early in the morning or late at night, you can see these two birds flying in and out in flocks alternately. Occasionally, you will see thousands of birds suddenly rushing out from the gaps in the trees, forming a large black area, which is spectacular, awe-inspiring and cheering.

Every time I visit Bird Paradise, I always paddle a boat around the big banyan tree. At this time, under the shade of the big tree, people felt extremely peaceful. Especially when you go around the back of the tree, the branches and leaves are not as dense and low as those facing the sun in the south, and the boat can freely weave among the branches; if you stop the boat for a while, the breeze will blow, and there will be gentle birdsong but no bustling people. You can also quietly watch the tangled branches and the birds chasing and playing with each other. This reminds people of Tian Han's poem "New trees are stronger than old branches, and white cranes can sleep in gray crane beds."

It is said that white cranes and gray cranes can get along well with each other. In spring and autumn, they build nests and lay eggs. When the baby cranes are hatched, during the day, the nocturnal cranes will go out to look for food, and the nocturnal cranes will take care of the baby cranes; at night, the nocturnal cranes will go out to forage, and the nocturnal cranes will take care of the baby cranes. Sometimes, the eagle is circling in the sky, trying to rush down and take away the small crane. The big crane will roar, rise up in the sky, and drive the eagle away.

How can a rower not be happy when he is in a bird paradise and sees birds happily sitting on the branches? This kind of scene makes me wonder whether the bird is me or I am the one in this paradise. A free bird?
