A good place for family travel and walking with children "Yongheng Cultural and Creative Park"

We don’t like crowds, so we rarely arrange long-distance trips during consecutive holidays. We plan to take the mentaiko for a walk nearby and eat and drink to satisfy himself. Until the TV news broadcast, the "Starry Sky Prairie" was open for viewing, so I took the mentaiko to appreciate this beautiful and healing work on the last day of the wet and cold holiday. The "Yongheng Cultural and Creative Park" located in Keelung combines humanities, art, and landscape to create a place where you miss your loved ones. Since 2013, when 100,000 windmills were used to create giant yellow ducklings, hippopotamuses, carnations and other landscape art, the park has suddenly become famous. Last year, when we brought mentaiko to the park, the crowds were so full that we couldn't even squeeze into the park. In 2015, we once again launched a cross-century collaboration with the Taiwanese landscape art master "Teacher Wang Zhenwei" and the international painter "Van Gogh". Taking healing as the starting point, we combined environmental protection, art and public welfare, and used recycled and reused PET bottle materials. A 13,000-square-meter environmentally friendly landscape was created, setting a new benchmark for the Guinness World Record.

Use containers to build a simple small navigation area, located next to the parking lot. Mentaiko shouted from a distance: "You have eyes!" In the eyeballs is the starry sky grassland that is waiting to be admired.

The curious boy couldn't help but ask questions, wondering who this foreigner is? Plastic bottles are materials that cannot be decomposed by soil, so they must not be thrown away casually. The starry sky grassland created with 4 million PET bottles is very interesting and has profound educational significance. While leading the children to appreciate the works, we can also let them understand the importance of environmental protection and loving the earth.

Convert 4 million PET bottles into different units to give everyone a better idea.

Master Van Gogh's "Starry Night" is a very warm and healing painting. Not only adults like it, but even children also fall in love with the color.

4 million treasure bottles can build more than 2,000 Taipei 101s, which is amazing!

In the film, teacher Wang Zhenwei and the person in charge of the park work together to create a dreamy starry sky grassland, which can be said to be a pioneering undertaking!

When I actually walked to the grassland area, I was moved by the first sight. How much time and manpower did it take?

In the process of collecting PET bottles, it is also because of the purchasing habits of most Chinese people that transparent bottles are the most popular. If you want to complete the starry sky, you have to change the color of the bottles.

The densely packed plastic bottles in front of me have become famous paintings. This is not only touching, but also exciting and makes Taiwan proud.

Walking down the stairs, the angle of appreciation changes, and every step brings excitement. Without flying out of the country, we have the opportunity to appreciate this unique initiative in Taiwan. For us, it is an eternal commemoration and eternal memory. Looking from bottom to top, it feels like a tapestry, so neatly arranged! The most considerate thing about the park is the special "pedestrian walking area", so that pedestrians do not have to compete with cars for the road, and children can play and walk without worries, which makes parents feel much more at ease. Doesn’t it look like an exotic street when you look at it this way?

It rained on the last day of the holiday. There were not as many tourists as expected. On the contrary, it added a touch of leisure style here. You can take a slow walk, browse the shops leisurely, taste the snacks and smell them. Smell the coffee.

Yongheng planned the park like an ordinary tourist attraction, and also took into account some small details. Although there are not many shops, they are somewhat unique.

The yellow building exudes a strong European style. For tourists who like tranquility and comfort, this can be said to be the best choice.

The "Starry Sky Bubble House" is another selling point in the park. It is a very fresh experience. I will introduce how to use it later.

Nowadays, parent-child travel is booming, and more and more parents are taking their children to travel. Children must be included in everything they do, including not only restaurants for eating and drinking, but also places for children to play and experience.

Painting, playing with seals, sending postcards, etc. are all created by the children themselves. Even adults like it. The styles of hand-made products here are very special. While children can experience it, it is also good for adults to take a look and kill time.

For Mentaiko and I, a mother and son who love to hold cameras, the small photo studio is our favorite! Taking pictures here is completely "free", you can take as long as you want, it would be a shame not to take advantage of it!

Paying 80 yuan (two times in and out) allows children to play in the large ball pool, or they can choose to buy bubble water or play with marshmallow DIY once and get free admission.

When you’ve had enough fun, find a place to take a rest, order a drink or some snacks. The cafe is full of Van Gogh's starry sky paintings, which are rich in color and perfect for taking pictures.

"Starry Sky Grassland Area" mainly serves snacks and light meals. If there are no noodles or rice, you have to go to the main building for meals. We weren’t really hungry, we were just a little greedy and wanted to sit down and rest for a while. The hot dogs were surprisingly delicious, the buns were toasted to a crisp, the spices on the hot dogs were appetizing, and the fries also performed well. In addition, Starry Sky Grassland collaborated with Twelve to launch ***-themed cupcakes, which were as colorful and dreamy as Van Gogh’s starry sky. I couldn’t help but buy three of them at once.

The store is also very easy to take pictures. A small corner allowed us, mother and son, to take several photos in a row.

The anticipated "Starry Sky Bubble House" experience is about to begin! First of all, if you want to enter the "Star Bubble House", you must spend 300 yuan or more in the park (calculated based on the day's invoice, which can be accumulated), and the limit is no more than four people. Generally speaking, when traveling, you will inevitably want to buy souvenirs or something to eat. If you are traveling with family and friends, it is actually not difficult to buy up to 300 yuan.

It’s a rare visit, so I have to go in and experience it no matter what.

Each "Star Bubble House" has its own theme. Does it look like a big light bulb from the outside? It also looks like a musical snowball for Christmas!

Bring a receipt of NT$300 to the service desk next to the "Star Bubble House" to exchange for a 10-minute experience.

The bubble house is like a balloon. Fill it with air and let it expand and open. The two doors cannot be opened at the same time, otherwise the air will deflate immediately. The inside is soft and safe, and air will be blown in for circulation, but it is still not recommended to stay in it for too long. If you encounter a rainy day like this, you can play for a while without getting wet, which is not bad. We tried to ask the other party to take some family photos for us both inside and outside. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily and the photos taken from outside were not clear enough, but they were still memorable photos. After all, it was our family’s first special experience.

Mentaiko was very happy as soon as he came in and said that this was his camp and he wanted to camp and have a picnic here.

Children just like to hide in small spaces. Wherever there are holes, they can drill into them. It is their own secret base. We took a lot of photos of the big bow pillow. One moment it was placed on the head as a headdress, and all of a sudden someone transformed into Conan. It was super interesting.

We wear couple’s costumes, and of course there must be a scene where our lover sends flowers!

There were not many tourists that day, so they specially asked us to stay a little longer. Mentaiko was so excited that she didn’t want to leave and kept saying that she wanted to sleep here.

Then someone asked me to pretend to be a flower and make everyone laugh!

The park provides U-Bike rentals. If you want to walk around, please contact the counter. The grassland area is still open at night, and the sheep's head will be lit up and it should be very eye-catching.

The park has grass skating boards and train rides to the park. However, it depends on the number of visitors to decide whether to open it or not. Today there are not many people and it is raining, so both of these are It is not open yet. After the trial operation phase, the number of tourists should increase, and there should be a good chance to experience it. Please take advantage of the shuttle bus!

This is a rare experience trip. After admiring this beautiful starry sky grassland and staying in the bubble house, I felt particularly colorful and beautiful. Yongheng Cultural and Creative Park
