Around its roots, a high platform was built with cement; On its left is a garbage collection point; Its branches were cut off or broken. In a word, the growth environment of this ancient tree can be described as terrible.

In the autumn of 2020, when I was traveling in Tiehejie Village, Yangxian County, I saw these two ancient Pterocarya stenoptera trees 1 10. They grow on both sides of the river with staggered branches and are called "lovers' bridge trees". Unfortunately, in these two ancient Pterocarya stenoptera trees, wooden boards were nailed and bamboo poles were tied to facilitate pedestrians to walk on the trees.

In the winter of 2020, when I was traveling in Madao Town, Liuba County, I saw this 350-year-old ancient Pterocarya stenoptera under the Phoenix Mountain. This place is very famous, which is where Xiao He chased Han Xin. Unfortunately, many lights and cameras were installed on this ancient Pterocarya stenoptera tree.

In the autumn of 2020, when I was traveling in Shui Sheng Temple in Nanzheng District, I saw that the ancient Chinese osmanthus tree, which was said to have been planted by Xiao He in the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, had disappeared and was replaced by a new branch. Because the pith of this ancient Chinese osmanthus tree has withered, the relevant departments built a wall around the trunk to fill it up, and built a soil platform to bury all the trunk in the soil. This ancient Chinese osmanthus tree was once one of the top ten famous trees in China.
