What difficulties have you encountered while traveling?

I like traveling very much, and I have encountered many, many difficulties. Let me just mention a few

1. I went to Seda alone and stayed at the Larong Hotel on the top of the mountain because of altitude sickness. I had a splitting headache all night long and couldn't sleep. I would wake up with pain every half hour. I stayed up until 6 o'clock in the morning and went down the mountain without even eating breakfast. I couldn't find a car back to Chengdu, so I took an unlicensed car back to Malkang.

Besides me, the other five people in the car were all Tibetans, speaking a language I couldn’t understand. It took a long time after I left Seda to get internet access. After getting off the bus safely, I felt that my whole body had been saved and I happily ate a big meal.

2. The first time I took a plane was to the UK. When I arrived at the airport, I found that my passport was left at school. I hurriedly left Gaoqi Airport and took a taxi back to Xiamen University. There was a traffic jam on the way (I have been to Xiamen People should know that it is quite far from Gaoqi Airport to Xiamen University). Finally, board the plane 10 minutes before departure.

3. I went to Sri Lanka with my classmates to volunteer. On the way to Gaoqi Airport, one of the wheels of my classmate’s suitcase fell off. He and I took turns dragging the suitcase for several kilometers to the airport and took the green channel. Got the plane. When I was transiting in Malaysia, I got off the plane and found that my passport was left on the plane. When I ran back, I fell down in front of everyone.

The accommodation environment in Sri Lanka is extremely poor. Five boys live in one room and there is no hot water. As soon as I left, I felt so hot that I suffered from heat stroke, and I felt dizzy when I stood up due to vomiting and diarrhea. When I was in the jungle, I got a leech in my shoe, and when I took it off, it was covered in blood. (However, Sri Lanka is really beautiful. I disliked it so much at the time, but now I think about it, I still miss it a little bit.)

Every time I travel, I encounter difficulties of all sizes, which has led me to a very psychological state now. It’s so powerful. Apart from losing my passport, there is probably nothing else that can make me collapse. I often tell my friends the difficulties I encountered as jokes.
