Baiyun Village is located in Shuangjiang Town, on the outskirts of Jiangkou County, adjacent to Jiangkou County to the east, Zhenjiang Village to the south, Shuangcen Village to the north, and Dachong Village to the west. The total number of households in the village is 263, with a population of 1,146, and a minority population of 974 (mainly Tujia and Gelao). There are currently 1,800 acres of cultivated land and 760 acres of converted farmland into forest land. The main crops are rice, corn, potatoes, wheat, rape, etc. The ecological vegetation of the whole village is good, and the forest coverage rate reaches 37%.

The total agricultural output value is 1.1 million yuan, including: agriculture 970,000 yuan and animal husbandry 130,000 yuan.
