How to refund the tickets for the same trip?

Unpaid orders: You can log in to www.ly.com, click "My Same Journey-My Orders-Attractions Orders", select the order to be cancelled, and click "Cancel"; Or do nothing, the system will automatically cancel it for you after the travel date; Or log in to the same client and click "My-All Orders-Cancel Orders".

On-site payment of orders: You can log in to www.ly.com, click "My Same Journey-My Orders-Attractions Orders", select the order to be cancelled, and click "Cancel". Alternatively, log in to the same client and click "My-All Orders-Cancel Orders".
