Three Guarantees is the abbreviation of "guaranteed repair, replacement and refund" for the goods sold by retail commercial enterprises. It refers to a credit guarantee method adopted within a certain period of time after the goods enter the consumer field, and the seller is responsible for the goods purchased by the buyer. This service is provided for failures that occur not due to improper use or storage by the user, but due to product quality problems.

The first "Three Guarantees" validity period for footwear products: The validity period of the "Three Guarantees" for footwear products above 50 yuan and below 100 yuan (including 50 yuan) is 30 days; the validity period for footwear products above 100 yuan (including 100 yuan) is 30 days; The "Three Guarantees" for footwear priced at RMB 300 or more are valid for 90 days; the "Three Guarantees" for footwear priced at RMB 300 or more (including RMB 300) are valid for 120 days.

The validity period of the "Three Guarantees" is calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice (including valid vouchers). During the validity period of the "Three Guarantees", consumers can present their invoices or "Three Guarantees" certificates to operators for returns, replacements and repairs.

Article 2: Operators selling footwear products shall implement the three-guarantee card (or credit card) and sales voucher system. When selling goods, consumers must be provided with a three-guarantee card (except for processed products and substandard products marked with defects).

Article 3 If footwear products with lead products have the following quality problems, the operator shall bear the "three guarantees" responsibility for return, replacement and repair. (1) Severe degumming (except those with side sutures), cracked pulp, cracked surface, cracked binding, cracked bottom, broken heel, excessive nitration, epidermis peeling, core collapse, nail head protrusion, mesh surface rupture (such as tourism shoes) and other quality problems; (2) other quality problems as determined by the consumer association; (3) other circumstances stipulated by the state and province.
