How to apply for a Thailand tourist visa?

If you want to travel to Thailand, you need to provide the following materials and go to the Thai Embassy in China to apply for a tourist visa:

Before submitting a visa, the applicant needs to prepare a completed visa Application form (electronic version is sufficient), and the following application materials.

1. Passport: Please submit a passport valid for more than 6 months and take a photo.

The applicant needs to open the page of the passport that contains the applicant's photo. When taking the photo, the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China" at the top must be photographed together and be complete and clear. Photo upload.

2. Original ID card: Provide a clear scan of the original color ID card with a ratio of 1:1.

3. Applicant’s personal photo: Provide a clear electronic photo with a white background, color, and no hat, taken within the past 6 months, with a size of 3.5*4.5cm.

4. Assets Information: You need to provide your bank statements or deposit certificates for three months, with a balance of no less than 10,000 yuan. If the applicant is a minor, he/she needs to provide the person accompanying him/her.

5. Traveling with minors: If there are children traveling with their parents, they need to show relevant proof of relationship, such as household registration booklet, original and copy of the child's birth certificate or marriage certificate.

6. Retired personnel: Retired personnel must present the original and copy of their retirement certificate, and attach the confirmed hotel order details (the applicant’s name must be included).

7. Entry and exit records: Provide the entry and exit record form within one year queried on the official website of the Exit and Entry Administration and download the file (if there is no exit and entry record within one year, a screenshot of the inquiry is required)
