I came to Xiamen in 214 and stayed in Xiamen for five years. Tell me about your feelings about Xiamen.

1. Inside and outside the island

I feel that the main difference between Xiamen is inside and outside the island. Siming District and Huli District on the island are rich in entertainment complexes (SM Square, Vientiane City, Robinson, etc.), sound medical institutions and good educational resources. Generally speaking, you can have a good leisure, entertainment, medical security and educational experience on the island. Relatively speaking, Haicang District, jimei district, Xiang 'an District and Tong 'an District outside the island have their own characteristics, but compared with the island, there are still some gaps and high transportation costs. At present, there are Haicang Bridge, Jimei Bridge, Xinglin Bridge and Xiang 'an Tunnel connecting the island and outside the island, all of which are congested, and the infrastructure is not as good as that inside the island, but there are also advantages outside the island that the island does not have.

2. Wages and housing prices

The wage level in Xiamen is not high, but there are housing prices different from the wage level. Compared with first-tier cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Xiamen's wage level seems to have been pulled down a lot. This has a lot to do with the urban attributes of Xiamen. Xiamen is biased towards a tourist city, and there are no large industrial enterprises or high-tech high-tech companies. Xiamen's GDP ranks only around the third in Fujian Province. However, because Xiamen has attracted many people from other places, many foreign capitals have flowed into the real estate market, resulting in the rise of housing prices in Xiamen. Although there are restrictions on the release of policies this year, the overall level of housing prices is still very high.

3. Comfort

Both the weather and the urban attributes of Xiamen make Xiamen a very comfortable city. Except for the occasional typhoon, the weather in Xiamen is in a comfortable range. When you get up in the morning, you can see the green that attracts your eyes and breathe fresh air. When you are bored, you can go to the seaside, climb mountains, taste Xiamen's special food, or go to tourist attractions to feel the enthusiasm of the crowd. This is something that can be done in one day, because the island is really small, and there are BRT and subway. If you take a taxi, it will be faster (except for the daily commute time, Monday morning and Friday afternoon are the most congested).

Generally speaking, Xiamen is a comfortable second-tier tourist city. You are welcome to see for yourself and experience for yourself.

Because my children are in Xiamen, I went to Xiamen for a few years after I retired from a famous university company in Beijing, which is Xiamen in my eyes.

The state strategically planned the policy of giving Xiamen Special Economic Zone to Haidong. After years of practice, it disappointed the state that Xiamen was unable to make good use of the special economic zone policy and became a part of Xiamen. The economy is lower than Quanzhou, the neighboring city, and the tourist city has a reputation of "enough paper blowing"! There is nothing special about Gulangyu. A tiny island is crowded on the island as a superior citizen, while the citizens outside the island are classified as inferior citizens. The narrow-minded concept is that there is a lake, thinking clearly and not calling, and calling the island as an upper island and a lower one. How can Xiamen do anything like this? In order to counter Haidong's efforts to build the special zone for many years, it should be that several leading teams of jl sampan have done nothing and failed to build the Haixi Special Zone into an aircraft carrier. How can we not let the country down? There is no scientific planning and good construction in a promising area. The integration of Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou has been called for many years, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been integrated. How can the integration of Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou be so difficult? It is the root cause of being too narrow-minded! Xiamen may lose its advantage over Haidong Special Zone. Personally, in order to unify the Haidong development strategy, the state has formulated three plans for Haidong Tunnel Bridge-North Fuqing-Pingtan Island-Haidong Hsinchu. Middle Putian-Huangsu. South Xiamen-Jinmen-Penghu-Chiayi. In the future, Xiamen will lose its development advantage by taking China as the north and south, which is the trend in the next few decades, and the trend of unification will become a reality.

Xiamen has six districts under its jurisdiction, namely Siming District, Huli District, jimei district, Haicang District, Tong 'an District and Xiang 'an District. The beautiful and livable environment makes Xiamen's housing price rank fourth in the country, and the housing price level is second only to Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Xiamen is a city that does not pursue high GDP. Both domestic and foreign comprehensive strength ranks in the top 17, which is quite ok.

First of all, Xiamen's economy, the total GDP is not high, but the fiscal revenue is the highest in the province, which reflects that Xiamen's GDP is the most valuable, and there is no water injection. Secondly, Xiamen's operating environment, talent pool and cultural quality have laid a foundation for the tertiary industry. Finally, Xiamen's international reputation is very high, and its comprehensive strength ranking at home and abroad is the highest in the province. It can provide some good platforms for enterprises by holding some famous fairs frequently.

Those who say that Xiamen relies on Quanzhou for blood are ignorant people. Xiamen has three Fortune 5 companies, which one is Quanzhou? None of them! Quanzhou relies on this 4 billion yuan fiscal and taxation. How can it support the construction and environment? It is estimated that even the money for building a subway can't be taken out. So what's the use of a high GDP? There is water, and India's GDP is also high. Can it compare with developed small countries in Europe? Others say that Xiamen's GDP mainly depends on real estate, which is even more ignorant. Xiamen's real estate accounts for less than 2 in the country. Some people even say that most of Xiamen's rich people are from Quanzhou, but they all abandoned their Quanzhou hukou. In fact, it is understandable that Xiamen's urban construction facilities, educational resources and civilized quality are far higher than Quanzhou's, and people are striving for heights. Of course, I chose Xiamen. Even if you don't go to Xiamen, you will choose to go to other places such as Beijing and Shanghai. They should thank Fujian Province, and at least there is another Xiamen to keep them.

finally, in recent years, in order to protect the environment, Xiamen has indeed moved too many polluting enterprises. Every year, more than 8 billion GDP PX has been driven away, even Xianglu Petrochemical has been moved away, and the petrochemical industry has basically shut down. The only city in the coastal areas along the Yangtze River that has no pillar petrochemical industry has also closed its stone factories and mines. I lived in Xiamen for a period of time. When it comes to Xiamen, many people's impression of Xiamen is definitely a small and fresh city. Most of the tourists who come to Xiamen are also dressed in literary freshness, just to keep a beautiful photo in line with the literary freshness of Xiamen.

Indeed, literary novelty is the best adjective in Xiamen. It doesn't take the historical and cultural route like other tourist cities, but finds a new way. There may be no other tourist city in China with this modern literary and artistic freshness except Xiamen.

Everyone who has been to Xiamen knows that Xiamen has a good environment, clean roads, lush trees and a small coastal island. Walking around the island road, you can see the sea, blue sky and green trees, which is just like nature in the city. It is a very livable city. I have been in Xiamen for so long, and I like the city very much. However, almost half of the roads in Xiamen are tourists. Locals are crowded with tourists every day, which makes Xiamen very lifeless, because there are too many tourists, and all you see on the road are pairs of exploratory and novel eyes. Because of the increasing number of tourists, many shops have become very pitted, and they can make tourists' money. Sometimes you think this thing is very ordinary and not worth that much money at all, but it will be sold very expensive, so sometimes you really feel that Xiamen always has an irresistible smell of money under its beautiful appearance.
