Jiading town 1

Jiading town. When the county was founded, it belonged to Chunshen Township. During the reign of Zheng De in Ming Dynasty, it was renamed Qiaoshi. From the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty to the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed Li Anqi, which was a trustworthy town. After Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, the county was under the jurisdiction of the factory, and Li Anqi City was regarded as the factory, so it was called the urban area or the county seat.

2. Songjiang Town

Songjiang town is located in the southwest of Shanghai, 40 kilometers away from the city center, with a long history of more than 2000 years. During the Spring and Autumn Period, farmers and fishermen lived in the town east, forming a market. In the tenth year of Tang Tianbao (75 1), Huating County established this place.

3. Zhujiajiao Town

Zhujiajiao Town is located 6 kilometers west of qingpu town and east of Dianshan Lake. Formerly known as Zhuxi Town and Zhujieting. The town was formed in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, formerly known as Zhujiacun. Later, due to the booming business, it became a big town in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and it was a distribution center for agricultural and sideline products in four surrounding townships.

4. nanxiang town

Nanxiang, the ancient name of Chaxi. Tian Liang overseers for four years (505) and built the Baihe Nanxiang Temple here. It is named after Chengzhen Temple. Located in the south of the county seat (now Jiading District, Shanghai), about 12km away from the county seat. At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, the economic prosperity was the first of all towns in the county. During the Jiajing period, the houses in the south of Wan 'an Temple were destroyed by the Japanese invaders.
