Three. Project background and advantages:

Xiqiao Town is located in the Golden Triangle of Huai 'an City, Huai 'an Economic Development Zone and Huai 'an Economic Development Zone, with unique geographical advantages, especially relying on Foxconn Science and Technology City. Building this project in Xiqiao is conducive to gathering popularity, business spirit and financial spirit, and to developing the tertiary industry and service industry. Huangqiao village in the project area is a professional village of flower and tree production, with many years of flower and tree production history. Puma Village is the largest professional vegetable production village in Huai 'an District, and it is also a provincial pollution-free vegetable production base. It has unique conditions for building an agricultural sightseeing and tourism park. From the perspective of tourism development, Huai 'an area is rich in red tourism and scenic spots and historical sites. The construction of this project fills the gap in agricultural sightseeing and is conducive to the all-round development of tourism.

Four. Project content and scale:

With a planned area of 5. 17 square kilometer and a planned total investment of 60 million yuan, the project will be built into a modern agricultural park featuring source agriculture, ecological agriculture, facility agriculture, foreign exchange earning agriculture and leisure sightseeing agriculture, forming an integrated pattern of "production, processing, sales, leisure, entertainment, sightseeing and tourism" and becoming a new rural construction demonstration area and a modern high-efficiency agricultural pilot area in the whole region. Concrete construction in three functional areas:

(1) comprehensive service area of the project;

(2) Huangqiao Hua Mu Chuguiyuan Project. It is planned to build "one street, one garden and four districts", namely a street selling flowers and trees and an ornamental garden. In addition, leisure and entertainment areas, bonsai production areas, fresh cut flower production areas and courtyard flower areas will be built, and Huangqiao will be turned into the back garden of Huai 'an District and the east garden of Huai 'an City.

(3) Puma Green Ecological Farmhouse Project. It is planned to build "one room and six districts", namely: factory seedling greenhouse and aquatic vegetable planting area, greenhouse vegetable contiguous planting area, main variety planting area, potherb planting area, farmer's independent activity experience area and vegetable processing area.

3. Start the Huangqiao Catering and Entertainment Center project. (1) the town government signed an investment agreement with the merchants for the project of Huangqiao Catering and Entertainment Center in Xiqiao Agricultural Sightseeing and Tourism Park; ② Complete the planning and design of Huangqiao Catering and Entertainment Center and the design of architectural drawings; (3) Land expropriation and land transfer are under way.

4. Start the construction of vegetable contiguous planting area in Puma greenhouse. Puma Village has established 160 240-mu vegetable greenhouses in this area.
