Highway and Bridge Construction Notice

Dali Highway Branch will soon construct the K32+209 Huajiaoqing Bridge on the secondary highway S323 (Binchuan-Huise Section) Implement budget funds to subsidize the construction of ordinary highway maintenance projects after the toll collection of secondary roads is canceled for government loan repayment in 2022. During the construction period, road closures will be used for construction to meet the people's safe travel needs and improve highway safety service levels. In order to ensure the safety of passing vehicles and pedestrians and safe and civilized construction, in accordance with Article 39 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Construction Road Section

1. Line S323 K32+000-K32+300 (Huajiaoqing Bridge Site Section)

2. Closure Construction Time

October 2022 10th to December 31, 2022.

3. Construction Management

1. In order to ensure the construction progress and quality, the construction section will be closed for construction during the construction period.

2. Vehicle detour route:

From Caise Town, Dali City to Baofeng Temple in Binchuan County:

1. From Caise Town, Dali City to Bin In the direction of Baofeng Temple in Sichuan County, please take the Dali Expressway to the Dali Airport overpass and get off at the Waxi Toll Station on the Dayong Expressway. 2. In the direction of Dase Town in Dali City, please take the G348 National Highway (Wuda Line) to Binchuan, and go to Dali After the airport, take the S324 Provincial Highway (Guan-Bin Highway);

From Baofeng Temple in Binchuan County to Caise Town, Dali City:

1. Go south along the Jizu Mountain Tourist Highway Drive to S324 Provincial Highway (Guan-Bin Highway) to Dali Airport and then take the G348 National Highway (Wuda Line). 2. Drive south along the Jizu Tourist Highway to S324 Provincial Highway (Guan-Bin Highway) to Waxi Toll Station and get on to Dayong Drive on the expressway to the Dali Airport overpass and get off at the Dasei Expressway Toll Station.

3. Unrelated vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the construction site. Passing vehicles, pedestrians and residents along the route are requested to obey the instructions of the on-site traffic control personnel.
