2. After the account registration is successful, start filling in the Application Form based on the information provided.
A few points to note when filling out the application form:
a. According to our own itinerary, I chose the general visitor visa for multiple round-trips within half a year, and the categories of applications were different. , visa fees will also change accordingly.
b. Because my coordinates are New York, I chose the consulate in New York to apply. There are still many British consulates in the United States. At the end of this post, information about all British consulates in the United States will be attached for your reference.
c. When applying for a visa, you need to fill in your destination during your trip to the UK. You can book a hotel or youth hostel that can be canceled on booking.com or airbnb, fill in the address, and submit the materials. You can type out the reservation form (not required) and Huahua fills in the address of the friend's house where you will stay.
3. After filling out the application form, the website will take you to the next step and sign for confirmation.
4. The next step is to make an appointment for fingerprint entry. Print out the appointment document for fingerprint entry. After entry, a stamp will be stamped on the document. After the stamp is stamped, it needs to be sent to the British Consulate together with other materials. 5. After making an appointment, you need to pay a visa fee of about 129 knives. Be sure to choose by mail. If you are not signing up for a group trip, do not choose by agency.
6. The materials you need to prepare are as follows:
p>a. Printed application form (to attach a 2-inch ID photo, you need to cut it yourself with a white background and no hat)

France:
Try to go to the French consulate website as early as possible to make an appointment. The required materials include:
< p>1. Application Form2. Passport + copy of home page & F1 visa page
3. I20 + copy (the last page must be signed by the school)
p>4. Air ticket reservation form: You must bring this, and you must bring it all. Thanks to Meiko’s reminder, I printed out all the tickets for our trip from New York-London-Barcelona-Paris-South France-London-Beijing. After you came out, the consulate accepted everything, and it turns out that they need you to provide your complete travel itinerary. If you only provide air tickets to and from Schengen countries, but they can’t understand where you come from and how you return to the United States/China, they may They will refuse to apply for a visa for you.
5. Hotel reservation form: I only brought the one from Paris (because we only booked an airbnb in Paris). When checking the materials, the French consulate staff actually asked me where I was staying in Spain, and they almost asked me. I was provided with an invitation letter from a Spanish classmate, but fortunately it was a false alarm and it was done for me in the end, otherwise it would have been too much trouble. This once again tells us that the French Consulate needs to know your entire itinerary, down to the smallest detail.
6. Bank Statements: My bank is Chase. You only need to go to the bank and ask the staff to help print out the balance of checking/saving accounts and the statement of the past three months.
7. Medical Insurance: This is a must-have for Schengen visa requirements. Meiko helped us buy the Europe Tour insurance plan from sevencorners. The price is not expensive, just a few dozen dollars. The embassy I also accept this insurance.
8. Proof of enrollment: Some guides say that it is required, but when I went to apply for it, they did not ask for this document. It is probably because the I20 can already prove your school status. However, for the sake of insurance, everyone also You can prepare it.
