Online ticket purchasing requires a real-name system and the passenger’s ID card information must be provided. Tickets can be purchased 2-5 days in advance.

Each ID card can only be reserved once per day, and the purchase is limited to one ticket. Visitors who have not made a reservation in advance can scan the official QR code on site to purchase tickets.

3. Refund: If the reserved ticket is not used, you can apply for a refund on the online platform before 17:00 on the ticket use date.

4. Ticketing service: There are comprehensive service windows near each ticket office. If you have any questions about purchasing tickets, you can go to each window for processing and consultation.
