The 16th meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Comprehensively Deepening Reform Committee held on February 20 reviewed and approved the "Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Comprehensive Deepening Reform Committee's Work Points in 2021".
The "Work Points" proposes that Shenzhen's main reform tasks this year are divided into two parts: "comprehensive deepening reform tasks" and "comprehensive reform pilot tasks".
First, implement strategic and operational reforms. The seventh is to deepen the reform in the ecological field. These include implementing projects such as the implementation of the outgoing audit reform of natural resource assets for leading cadres, exploring the establishment of local standards for marine carbon sink accounting, creating a new model for high-quality development of green buildings, and innovating smart water construction systems and mechanisms.
The eighth is to deepen reforms in the field of party building.
