What places are worth visiting in Shanhaiguan?
Since there are many tourist groups in the Laolongtou scenic spot in Shanhaiguan, in order to rush for time, the tour guide will urge adults and aunties to go up to the city wall from time to time, take photos, and take photos with various things with words? So? Various people were busy taking photos with these signs. But in fact, there is a huge beach below the tower.
It is really beautiful, especially when the sun has just risen, the temples and pavilions in the water are like dyed gold foil. The algae climbs up the rocks on the shore like jasper. There are few or even no people on this beach. Just like that, you have a "private beach". Jumping around, rolling around, and taking pictures in every pose you can think of?
Or just sit there in a daze and enjoy the gentle sea breeze blowing quietly on your face. Of course, not all the elderly are on the tower, there are some who can enjoy it. Look at these two old best friends, sitting at the beach all afternoon. I was very close to them, and the aunt with the whiter hair said: I don’t want to leave, it’s so nice here, I don’t want to leave.
I also want a best friend like this, who can still sit quietly together like this when we grow old. Ren Xianqi's "The Waves Blossom" should have been a very old song at that time. ?I want you to accompany me, watch the turtle swimming in the water, sit quietly on the beach, and count the waves. ?In addition to the beach, there is another "niche travel photography spot" in the Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. This attraction is called "Chuang Guandong" and it is a cultural experience park of "Chuang Guandong".
In fact, Guandong culture can be seen everywhere in the ancient city of Shanhaiguan. Sculptures, murals, and propaganda posters are, after all, important barriers that separate the inside and outside of the country. You still need to know something about the historical stories of the Guandong invasion.
However, the words "Cultural Park" may seem too rigid and reminiscent of a boring teaching model. Therefore, I don’t know how many people have missed this precious attraction. I'm so glad I visited Chuang Guandong. But inevitably, the first thing I felt was not "culture", but that this was a great background for taking photos! The entire venue is deserted, like a "private studio". Since this is an "experience park", there are many "props" here to recreate the arduous journey to Guandong.
These props have become my toys. The atmosphere of the entire venue was very relaxed. I just walked around, played, and took photos. I took a lot of photos. Along the way, I unknowingly understood the story of the journey to Guandong. It took more than 300 years to break into Guandong. From the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, we were already a country with a large population, and 100 million of the 300 million people were disaster victims. Years of famine and plague have forced the poor people in the pass to leave their hometowns and go north to make a living.
71% of the people who entered Guandong were from Shandong, followed by Henan and Hebei. No wonder people always say that people from Shandong and Northeast China were the same family a hundred years ago. This is the root cause. I also learned a few Manchu sentences here. "Bump", "Ehang", are you sure this is not a foreign language? Friends from the Northeast, do you know what these mean?
There is another interesting niche attraction in Shanhaiguan Ancient Town. It is a park that has been open for free since the Republic of China, called Ruilian Pavilion. At that time, due to the large number of people entering and exiting the customs, the officials at that time set up a place for travelers to relax and rest here. This is a quiet lake with a row of small pavilions on the water. It is said that in the early years, the pond was full of lotus flowers in front of the pavilions. But now, here? The pond is full of carp. Ruilian Pavilion is probably an auspicious place, attracting passersby who like to stop here, buy a bag of fish food for 3 yuan, sit there and feed the fish leisurely, and the children play all afternoon.
As time goes by, the carp in Ruilian Pavilion grew bigger and bigger. They dragged their heavy bodies and gathered on the shore, waiting for something delicious. If you didn’t look carefully, you might have thought they were baby sharks. As soon as a tourist squats down, they will come around in groups. They are not afraid of people and can grab one with their hands. It is too heavy to carry. But the fish here cannot be taken away. If caught, they still have to be put back into the pond. I almost forgot to mention that Shanhaiguan is not only a pass, but also a city.
This is a square city with four streets from east to west, north and south, and nine alleys from 1 to 91 ***. There are still many old residents and old neighbors living in the city.
So Shanhaiguan is a living city. The B&Bs here are very artistic and the snacks are affordable and delicious?
