Experience the National Reading Festival up close and listen to teacher Li Bo’s speech
April 20 is the day when the 2019 Bookish Wenzhou National Reading Festival was launched at the Great Hall of the People. In the morning, I set off from home early with the intention of catching a glimpse of Teacher Li Bo! Maybe all good things come slowly, because the originally 15-minute journey had to be detoured twice due to road construction.
When I arrived at the door of the Great Hall of the People, I saw people standing outside the gate collecting tickets. Because my sister had transferred my admission ticket to me, I waited quietly at the door for the person in charge of the invoice for their reading club. Watching people entering one after another, but I hadn't gotten my ticket yet, I felt very anxious. The time to enter was getting closer and closer, so I contacted the person in charge twice. Finally, I finally got the ticket to enter.
Since I entered the venue late, the seats in front were already full. I quickly found a seat in the back and sat down. At this time, people kept coming in from outside. It can be said that most people come here for Teacher Li Bo.
At this time, about 10 minutes later, the ceremony began! Zhu Yunhua, director of the Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, released a reading survey report. I was surprised that Wenzhou people read an average of 6.74 paper books per year. The most popular books are literature and art. Teacher Li Bo mentioned in the subsequent lecture that this number is considered good in China. The per capita reading volume in Israel is 50 books, which is far beyond reach!
A small climax in the launching ceremony was the poem "Reading, Makes Life Better" recited by 11 poetry recitation enthusiasts from various industries. Each of their voices was very nice, and they should all be in their voices. It's the best, and it makes people intoxicated.
The highlight is Teacher Li Bo’s speech "From Poetry to the Distance". I usually watch Teacher Li Bo on TV, such as "Chinese Poetry Conference", "Chinese Idiom Conference", "Hundred Schools Forum" 》etc., like many people, this is the first time for me to listen to Teacher Li Bo’s speech live.
Teacher Li Bo, who was wearing a green suit and smiling on his face, said that 11 cities had invited him to give speeches this time. The reason why he chose Wenzhou was because April 20 is the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Wenzhou Library. Commemorative. Second, the word "籀" in Wenzhou's Zhouyuan Forum comes from his ancestor, Mr. Sun Sunyi, a master of Confucian classics, who is closely related to Wenzhou.
Teacher Li Bo talked about the founder of the Chinese landscape school, Xie Lingyun, the prefect of Yongjia. At that time, he was demoted from Nanjing to Yongjia. Because he fell in love with the beautiful landscape of Wenzhou, he left many popular poems. The difference is: Teacher Li Bo came to Wenzhou from Nanjing happily.
During the lecture, Teacher Li Bo explained to everyone his understanding and insights into "The Journey of Changqian" by the poet Li Bai. In the sentence "Go around the bed and make green plum blossoms" about the bed, teacher Li Bo quoted scriptures and explained his own research, which made us understand that the "bed" here originally means "well". "Changganxing" and "Yellow Crane Tower" have a unique charm in teacher Li Bo's interpretation. This is the charm of a famous teacher!
At the end of the speech, Teacher Li Bo led everyone to recite "Changganxing" loudly. Everyone's passionate voices echoed in the Great Hall of the People for a long time. I looked at the people around me, and everyone's Emotions were very high.
Poetry is the best distance. Even though it spans so long, we still find value and connotation in poetry. Just as Teacher Li Bo said: "Every poem is a first encounter; every thought is like a garden filled with fragrance. We have always stood in the same place, but we have walked through mountains and rivers, years, and the universe... . ”
This is the tenth edition of the National Reading Festival. April 20th is Grain Rain, which is the season of sowing. It is particularly meaningful that the Reading Festival is launched on this day. I hope that I will read more and think more in the years to come, so that participating in the reading festival will be of practical significance.
