Chapter II Management Organization and Responsibilities Article 6 Qingdao Tourism Bureau is the administrative department in charge of maritime tourism in this Municipality. Its main responsibilities are:

(two) to organize the preparation of the development plan and implementation plan of maritime tourism, and report it to the Qingdao Municipal People's Government for approval;

(3) Organizing the unified layout and construction of maritime tourist docks, stations and supporting facilities in conjunction with relevant departments and coastal municipal and district people's governments according to the development plan of maritime tourism;

(4) Organizing the activities of soliciting and promoting maritime tourism;

(5) Other duties that should be performed. Article 7 Qingdao Maritime Tourism Management Office (hereinafter referred to as the Maritime Tourism Office) shall be established. Its main responsibilities are:
