Li Shihong’s biography

Served as Director of the Fourth Cadre Division of the Organization Department of the Hunan Provincial Committee and Deputy Inspector of the Organization Department of the Hunan Provincial Committee (from April 2007 to April 2008, he served as deputy secretary of the Turpan District Committee of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region). Member of the Standing Committee of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Xiangxiang Municipal Party Committee, Hunan Province, Director of the Department of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Tourism Affairs, and Director of the Department of Tourism Promotion and International Cooperation of the National Tourism Administration.

In March 2015, he served as deputy director of the National Tourism Administration, member of the Party Leadership Group, and director of the Department of Tourism Promotion and International Cooperation.
