Minors traveling abroad:

Students and children under 18 must submit the following information:

(1) The fairness of the birth certificate (the original proof of kinship) must be fair, indicating the parents' names, date and place of birth, and attaching a copy in French or English.

(2) If the minor is not accompanied by both parents or is accompanied by only one parent or both parents, a: The parents permit the notarization of the exit certificate. This certificate is handwritten and signed by one or both parents who do not accompany the minor abroad. Moreover, this document stipulates that when a minor leaves China, its contents must include the name, date and place of birth of the minor and the person accompanying him abroad, and the identity cards of one or both parents who signed this certificate must be provided together!
